Yes. We ask that you contact us explaining the problem so that we might be better able to serve you at a later date. After receiving this information, we will contact you with directions. We will deduct a restocking fee of $10.00 from the original price. We might wave this fee at our discretion.
- How will shipment be handled?
We stock many of the items listed but sometimes a purchase will be sent from the manufacturer. We will endeavor to use Priority Mail as our preferred method of shipment.
- What happens if the item is not in stock?
If the item is to be shipped from the manuracturer, it is possible that it may be out of stock or in the case of limited editions, sold out. We will advise you as soon as possible if this is the case are give to you the options that are available. We strive to keep this from happening, but there are times that this it outside of our control.
- What information do you collect?
We collect only the information that is necessary for processintg your order and order conformation. We will maintain certain information so as to monitor traffic flow so as to better serve you, our customers. This information will never be shared with a third party except as required by law.
